Återbetalningspolicy

Due to the nature of fine diamonds and gemstones, all items are carefully inspected, documented, and shipped fully insured.

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, starting from the day the item is received.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition as delivered.

• The original certificate, documentation, and packaging must be included.

• The item must be returned using insured and trackable shipping.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage are not eligible for refund.
